Normally a lift ticket at sunshine valley is $78.40 each, for a total value of $313.60. They're yours for $200. My girlfriend injured herself the 2nd day of our ski trip, and instead of a refund, we were given these "snow cheques", which are valid until Feb 23, 2009. I verified with the guest services that these are fully transferable and are like cash. You can use them for 4 days/1 person, 2 days/2 ppl, etc. I would use them but I doubt my girlfriend wants to try snowboarding again for a while. If your thinking of a trip to Banff, this would be a great way to save some $$. The mountain gets the most snowfall this time of year so conditions are normally great! This is the website for the mountain http://www.skibanff.com/ . I will throw in the snow cheque for a helmet rental as well. And as an added bonus, I have a $100 Westjet travel voucher that I will throw in for free! It expires in about a month.
