Just came back from downtown Staples, Calgary and saw there are around 10 GE 5.8G cordless telephone bundles with built-in answering machine laid at it's clearance section which can be taken 50% away from the marked price. The marked label is $29.98 which means you pay $14.99 to get this deal. For those who live in Calgary and is using wireless router, it's the decent deal. (5.8G avoid the interference with 2.4G frequence the router is using)
Staples online is selling it at $79.94, see the link below:

Nice deal, I'd stop by for one if the location was further south. Too lazy to head downtown.

I didn't buy it because I've already had panasonic 5.8G cordless phones at home. I just want to share this good deal with other Calgarians.

No,it's not an open box, brand new. Only the box looks a little bit faded.

Thanks OP... my wife had just finished telling me that the Nexxtech phone I had picked up was NFG for her because it didn't allow remote pickup of messages when I read your post. Just enough time to run down there before work and grab one.
Saw quite a few printers at the clearance table too, most notably a Lexmark AIO which I believe had true fax capability (though I didn't study the box too closely) for $35.
