Where can I get stainless steel license plate screws with covers?

I've checked Crappy Tire (Canadian Tire), Home Depot and PartSource. None of them actually have matched sets of these things.

I am asking because having covers can eliminate the damage to the other car in the case of a minor rear-ending.

That's one option ... but I was expecting something more generic.

My old car had a full set with these white plastic caps but I lost one of them before I could put them onto my new car.

And those look like they are metal anyway, they would do the same damage to another car as regular plate screws.

For anyone else wondering, we got the plastic caps at RONA.
