I've never heard of tipping couriers. I doubt they're even allowed to accept tips.

I give my guy a little Christmas gift, but only because I see him ever week and it ensures I get my packages on time.

Not unless the courier deliver something I'm not expecting.
Who knows Christmas might come early this year!
Maybe a Canon DSLR camera won't hurt either.

Pizza delivery guy get very little hourly wage and their gas is not covered in some cases....so they rely their income on tips.
Courier drive company's truck and gas is filled by the company, they are making a fair good hourly wage....so why tip them? No, I never tip any courier guy in my life.

When I worked for FedEx back in my 2nd year, I once got a "tip" when I delivered some wheels/rims to the guy. Might have had to do with the fact that he only paid $26 in duties/taxes for 4 rims/tires lol ...
Other then that, I never expected to get a tip for a job I was getting paid good to do ...

There's this courier from Canada Post who is in charge of my area, he ships the box to my house by putting it inside the door booth then he rings my door bell then he leaves. I think this dude is pretty nice even I am not at home, he still leaves the box inside the door booth. I am a frequent eBay buyer so whenever my package comes, the guy leaves it with a note saying he's leaving the package there.
On top of that, I feel this dude deserves a tip since he saves my time from driving to their warehouse to pick it up. :)

Actually every Canada Post courier does that unless it's a bigger package...i rarely get anything from the special large mail box....if it's international (excluding US)...yea...they can't leave it at your door

Nope.
Many delivery services are not allowed to accept tips.
The only guy you might tip is if its a food delivery person.
