Yes it is east and in markham... I have dealt with one of the developer of this piece of land these few years... there is another plaza on elgin mills and that IS west of 404 (w/ Costco, etc. on it) anyway, not the issue here... the issue is we need to see the DEALS!!!

It replaces the one at McCowan & Hwy 7. The CT gas station guy told me this store will be turned into Part Source.
