I've already broken my fiskers. Right at the shaft near the bottom. Seems to work ok for a few weeds but prolly not good for larger properties.

Amazing post. An RFD honorable mention is called for!!
My CT circular always comes late so this is like a dream come true.
Going to buy that cheap R saw for $29. At 5A I should be able to run that off my Elminator 300 Power Pack, right? Opinions please.

Anyone have any thoughts on that 3-1 HP printer/scanner for $57?
My old 3-1 is on the fritz and needs new ink - might just pick up this one for $57.
I would appreciate if anyone knew the model or had a comment on it - is it a good price? thanks!

Not sure if you are asking about the Henkels or the steak knives.
The Henkels knives are OK. They don't hold an edge too well as they are of the stamped variety. I just give the sharpening steel a few swipes to sharpen every 4-5 uses and it's fine. Once thing I do like about this set is the 8 inch chef knife is nice and big. I use it all the time, and since it's cheap, I don't mind tossing it into the dishwasher.
I know people here have posted about a forged set of President's Choices knives at Loblaw's saying they are good value. I forget how much those run for though.

Seriously considering picking up the Napoleon 605 NG. I've been shopping for a new BBQ over the last week and was budgeting about $700. Any reason why I shouldn't consider spending the extra $200 on this one? Input is appreciated.

LOL.
I just bought the impact wrench last week and noted that it will only accept the 1/4" hex bits (not round drill bits), and now the drill/driver is on sale which should make it accept round drill bits, WITH impact(torque) drilling, AND the impact(hammer) drill adapter is also on sale which adapts to drills.
If i put all of these things together, i will have a variable impact (torque and hammer) drill/driver/socket wrench. All-in-one!! :D

I bought it an love it. I paid $800 for the floor model NG ... they did not need to sell the floor model as they had a bunch of new ones in the back, but they had built two for display in error and only needed one, so I swung a deal. Made it easier for me as I did not feel like assembling it. Infra red sear zone makes all the difference in the world. 1800 degrees in 30 seconds. Good build quality.

For some unknown reason sale doesn't start at CT's in NL until tomorrow morning.
But I talked to a CSR and she said I can buy the items now and just go back within 7 days with receipt only to refund difference for sale items.
Beats the rush to get the "hot deal" items.
