Yeah, we thought it would be good to do something for last year's winners since they can't win the same award this year. :)

Thanks to the award I am now considered a minor celebrity at home. A lot has changed since I've won, people come over and once they see the plaque they automatically ask me how much time I had to waste to win that, and when I wear the RFD t-shirt out it immediately garners the respect of all, especially from the employees of staples and futureshop. they don't acknowledge it but I can see in their eyes, its a look of adoration. Its like they are almost too nervous to approach me.

To future winners, with the award comes great responsibility. The recognition at first may be overwhelming but as a previous winner, enjoy your time in the spotlight and cherish every moment. Don't get caught up in all the ribbon-cutting ceremonies, paparazzi, and dell deals of the day. Stay the same person that won the award and reflect on what got you to this stage.
