Hi, I think it's time to change my whole system (mostly all bought in 2003, with some in 2004 and the burner in 2006)

But, I want to know if my actual system worth some $$ or...

P4 2.6 GHZ HT FBS 800
ASUS P4P800-Deluxe
2x512mo Samsung DDR400
2 HD Maxtor Diamond Max 9 SATA 8mb (1 of 80go, 1 of 120go)
ATI 9600Pro 256mo
Sound Blaster Live 24bit
LG DVD reader
BENQ DW1620 burner (DVD+-RW, DVD DL)
Floppy disk drive
Case Chenbro Xpider
PowerSupply 350watts AcePower

It's hard to let it go for almost nothing because it work great even after 5 year, but with the PC price going down... (In fact, :D because i'll buy a new one lol) The only thing is the DVD burner that I bought 360$ in 2003, and now (and for some years) they cost nothing... anyway... it's like that with PC, but hopefully it broke a few weeks before the end of my FS 3-years garantee, so I was able to get this BENQ in replacement  )

So, what is its value? (if it has one...) Thanks for the info!

Closer to $200 because it's a good case. You'll get more selling the stuff separately. I'd kep the BenQ 1620 burner though; it's a really good one!

Hum, I was thinking about $200-250, but it seem that it's more around 150

Well Fitbrit, I was wondering if I should keep some pieces like the sound card and the burner. But if I remove too many things... It's because I know that I would get more selling all the stuff separately, but it's more long and complicated, so i'll check to give the whole system

Anyway, I know that it's not with the worth of my PC that I will pay my new one :-0
But if I can get like $150, it could pay the memory or thing like that, better than nothing

So now, we know that a whole PC worth 10 time less after 5 years

Keep the floppy drive. It's resale is $0 but in a few years it'll be an antique.

max $150. I doubt anyone will be paying $200 for this when you can pick up a dual core setup for just a bit more brand new.

I know I built my bud a dual core AMD for $280
