IS A THERMOS & 340g of BABY FORMULA "powder" ALLOWED on an overseas flight ?

Hi guys!!! i need your help , i will be travelling with my 3 months old BABY OVERSEAS , i was wondering if i am allowed to bring along a THERMOS with HOT WATER and the baby formula POWDER on the plane. will i pass through CUSTOMS in the Toronto Airport ?

PLEASE REPLY BACK IF U HAVE AN IDEA or where can i call and ask ? 10X:)
