Files wont delete of Micro SD card. - Need Quick Answer.

I have two folders on my micro SD card that wont delete. When I delete the file and then re connect it to the computer they reappear. When I right click the drive and click format it is unable to do so. Does anyone know how I can permently delete these files?

If you are using an SD card adapter to read the card, the adapter will have a read only tab on it. Make sure it's unlocked. Otherwise, no idea.

What are the files? Are they ones that were there already, or did you put them there? Some system files will not delete.
