windshield decal

i got a car windshield decal...

however this doesnt seem like it has anything on it to stick to the windshield.

its the banner that goes across the top front... I believe its inside the glass or possiblely outside but how does it stick?

There's a phenomenon you're probably familiar with called static cling. That's how it'll stick.

By not including any directions, it appears whoever sold you the decal is more interested in preserving your dignity than you are.
