Rogers Nokia N95 8GB VS Telus HTC Touch Diamond

I don't know which to get.

The N95 8GB is $99 with a 3 year vision plan at The Source. The $25 Megatime 25 plan plus the $15 value vision pack is $40 before SAF+tax,etc. I can't afford the new $30/6GB data plan.

The Telus HTC Touch Diamond is $149 but I have to get a monthly that is over $45. I looked at the Talk 25 200minutes plan for $25 plus the unlimited DATA for $15 plus call display for $7. Adds up to $47 before fees and taxes.

The Rogers has only unlimited BROWSING, but the Telus Touch Diamond has UNLIMITED DATA. I don't know which phone I like better. I like the Touch Diamond more just a little bit, but I would prefer GSM. I have also heard a lot of complaints about the N95 8GB's build quality. If somebody could give their experiences with the phone, it would help in my decision. If I go with Telus, I can get UNLIMITED DATA for $7 each month vs the Rogers. Is the $7 worth it for UNLIMITED DATA, what are some uses besides web browsing?

who's complained about the N95 build quality? just curious b/c 99% of the time, nokia's builds phones of superior quality.

is the N95 not free at the source with the Vision Plan purcase + $100 GC (or something)? I'm using the N95 and it's treating me fine.

(you shouldn't have to use more than 6GB)
