Greetings all
I am tired of the bass-less speakers in my 2002 Grand-Am (I know, not a great car) and am looking to buy an amp and speakers and sub and whatever else is needed to put in an aftermarket setup to get some nice booming BASS
The thing is , I am a complete NOOB and know absolutely NOTHING about car audio.
I am looking for an honest, reliable place to purchase an entire bundle from and have it installed.
I tried e-mailing "Audio Heaven" for an estimate or quote or at least to see what they reccomend and they are absolutely terrible at responding; I only got a single e-mail reply of the 3 mails I sent and they didn't answer a single question for me, they just responded with "Well what are you looking for?"
I tried to explain to these people already I don't even know what I'm looking for -- I am looking for a full bundle, and am willing to shell out the coin for it.
Anyways, their lack of communication obviously means they don't want my business because they apparently don't care about my e-mails, so I'm looking for a new place.
Also, can someone tell me what you reccomend I get? Do I want a sub with amp and new CD deck? Two subs?
And another question, in about a year or two we're ditching this car and buying a new SUV, is most of this stuff re-usable once we get the new vehicle? Like can we remove all the subs and amps and all that and re-install them in the SUV?
Any expert advice would be greatly appreciated -- I know the job wont be cheap and I have the money to spend, I just want to make sure the job is done right and I'm not buying unneccessary stuff, or crappy parts.
