Where can I get the cheapest desktop machine - just the desktop machine with no monitor package

Google gave me this
http://www.betanews.com/article/Searscom_offers_the_cheapest_desktop_PC_at_185/1200614667

I am wondering if there is similar offering locally?

I am in GVR

The main use of the machine will be
1. browsing forums
2. youtube
3. watching dvd
4. facebook
5. organize pictures from digital camera

Thank you.

I find NCIX have lenovo for $309
http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?minorcatid=1058&po=0&ps=2

Future shop / Bestbuy ocassionally have $399 desktop

Staples once in a blue moon have $197 desktop

I am looking for even cheaper if possible :P $197 is a good benchmark :)

edit1:
As I do more research I find one close to what I want
here is one from A-Power for $255
http://www.a-power.com/product-2513-457-1

and $219 for AMD CPU

Well, if you live in the GTA, you can go down to Kennedy Road in Scarborough, and there are a ton of computer/electronics stores that sell desktops for almost nothing, and theyre usually Pentium 4s.
