Hi Guys, i was going to get an iphone and realise that there is no stock with rogers at the moment and it takes a week to ship. Is it the case with everyone, or just now they are out of stock.
Also is there a chance that one of the outlets would have stock?

Greg, which iphone did you order? 16gig or 8gig? and which color?
I ordered a black 16gb just now through the phone. The rep said I would get it atleast 5-7 days. Is this true for everyone else that ordered through phone recently?

Well according to my friend who is in Toronto right now, Fido is all stocked up while all of the Fido stores here are sold out. I assume Rogers has plenty of stock there as well.

Ordered 16gb White iPhone on Tuesday, called today to get tracking number as I need to redirect the original address that they were sending it to - still no tracking number registered. Also told 5-10 business days wait.

I called early Tuesday morning and I also called this afternoon to see if there was a tracking number as the rep I spoke to said he expected stock of the 16gb models to come in on Wednesday.
Turns out there was no record of my new account! Tried to set it all up again this evening however because all my services are in my grandmother's name she has to call first to authorize adding or canceling a new service and the rep she got at around 9:30pm this evening said they aren't allowed to make outgoing calls after 9pm. I can see why that would be if it were a marketing call, however for an account setup I think that is sort of redundant.
That aside when I call tomorrow morning I am going to make sure to get the reps name and number and confirm that the account and order are in place. Although I am still not sure whether to stick with a 16gb model or grab an 8gb model due to fact they are still in stock. I am not particularly concerned with the colour, although I initially requested black.
