Thanks people!
Has anyone ever taken GGR124 before?
I have to take an evening course next year for elective, and GGR124 seems like one of the course that fits my schedule. So I am wondering if people that took it / know about it could give me an idea of workload/difficulty.

Also, I have taken EAS102 before and other ECE courses (first to third year),
If you want an idea on some of those courses, feel free to leave a message here, I will answer you if I can

The workload is moderate, nothing too intense. for me, as long as you attend the classes you'll be fine. the lectures were far more significant than the readings.

I plan on taking EAS102 as well, is it mandatory to go to the Interview? what kind of questions do they ask at the interview? how's the workload?

Hey lesnar,
Thanks for the advice.
What are the stuff that you have to do? IE. Write essays? How's the exams and what are the average of the course like?

As for EAS102
I never heard about going to interview in order to be able to enrol in the course,
I took it last year and I sure didnt have an interview.
The Workload is minimal, the course is consists of 10% tutorial attendance, and 90% on 3 midterms and 1 final.
The questions for the midterms are given to you before the midterm even took place. It's all essay question / term definition. And since it's those type of questions, I would say its hard to get 80+ in that course.
As for the final, you will only be given 1 essay question, and the other one would be unknown.
I would say attending the lectures are interesting, but since I have a conflict, I usually just attend the last half of the class, sometimes even skipping it. I got a decent mark in the course, and I think the textbook is quite useful for writing the exams. Exam questions are usually based on textbook materials
