I'm looking for a 20+" LCD TV as a Birthday/Christmas present for my mother; it doesn't matter about the aspect ratio, but I would prefer it have an ATSC tuner. Ideally, I'd like to spend under $200 on it, and meet up around Port Credit or on the GO lines if I can. Thanks.
