Fallout 3 Limited Edition - Anyone carrying it launch day?

Anyone know if FS, BB, EB are planning to carry the limited/collectors edition of Fallout 3 on launch day? Haven't seen it on their websites. If so any idea of price?

EB will get it for you if you pre-order. Not too sure about the other places. Usually they'll have it, but sometimes they run out of copies and you have to wait for them to restock. If you're really intent on it, just pre-order it at EB.

I called EB Games last week, and they told me the price was $85. Amazon.ca was offering it for $70, but stopped accepting pre-orders a while ago. There's some talk about Walmart and/or Best Buy possibly having the collector's edition, but no confirmation as of yet.

I specifically asked about the PC version of the CE, and actually called 2 different EB Games in my area to verify. Either they were both wrong, or perhaps they've jacked up the price so close to the game's release.

I noticed that Best Buy's website now lists Collector's Editions for both Xbox 360 and PS3, for $80. No PC CE on the site just yet though.

The normal version seems to be listing at $65 most places and now FS has the CE for $90

FS has the regular PC version for $55. Strange that they're charging $10 more for the CEs for 360/PS3 than Best Buy... still no PC CE listed though.

Right now, it looks like the only way to get the Collector's Edition for the PC is to pay $85 at EB Games. Screw them. The regular version for $40 from Dell it is. No cool swag, but if they want to **** people over that badly, they can shove that lunchbox up their asses.

i heard the game sucks! If you hv wide screen tv you're screwed b/c it only produce 4:3 Ratio screen instead of the 16:9.

P.S. I heard the game rocks, and I seriously doubt the game doesn't support widescreen for all 3 platforms.

I've never heard of this. The game is being made for two HD consoles. Why wouldn't it be in 16:9? I'd imagine the people with 4:3 sets are the ones who are going to have the problems.

Wonder if BB and FS will have it in stock first think Tuesday morning, or if its one of those deals where it doesnt arrive in until mid day.

One day to go! I see that BB has joined FS in offering the Collector's Edition for all 3 versions ($80 for PC, $90 for consoles).

Also, for those interested, Steam is offering the regular version for US$49.99, which is about $63 Canadian, so it's about on par with FS's $55.
