I apologize to direct-x and Ryan this is a bit senseless and I don't want to drag it any further. It likes it was a problem with the bank not routing the emt to his e-mail address and a lack of communication.

direct-x does look like a good trader and I missed out on a deal that I wanted pretty bad.

Thanks anyways.

What is RIDICULOUS and UNFAIR is what you posted in the feedback.

You basically accused me of stealing $1200 from you and called me a fraud.

I have stated my case several times, but you can't seem to let it go.

Let me put this down again, for the tenth time.

I never received your EMT's in my mailbox. I checked out all my SPAM folders and junk mail. No sign, zip. I figured you just decided to not go through with the deal as has happened to me at least 50 times over the past four years at RFD.

During the same period, I have been extremely busy and had not logged on to RFD for several days. I was not concerned because no EMT had shown up, so it was not a priority to logon.

After a couple of days, I did logon and came across your PM's about the EMT's.

I responded to you stating I never received anything, and APOLOGIZED for not logging in sooner and for the lack of communication. I explained myself reasonably and politely.

You then went on this rampage of calling me a fraud and thief in the BST feedback, and you littered practically all my BST threads with the same garbage.

I have apologized, which quite frankly I regret now.

I have explained myself on many occasions, but you can't seem to let it go.

This basically comes down to harassment if you ask me. You are making it virtually impossible to frequent this site as I am constantly harrased and slandered by you.
Your accusations are unfounded. I have asked you on many occasions to back up your claims with solid proof, which you have ignored.

Once again to all those who may feel detered in dealing with me, just check out my BST feedback. You will see that the accusations do not match my previous experiences as a seller.

Did you ever think maybe you had a problem with your damn EMT?

Did you ever think if I was a scammer, you would be sucking your thimb right now crying over the $1200 I would have stolen from you?

With your attitude, I hope someone rips you off in the future.

MODS, please get this guy off my case for crying out loud!!!!!!!!

What's the use? Now that you've caused so much damage to an innocent RFDer's reputation & feedback? In fact, threadcrapping in direct-x's BST should earn you an auto-ban.

Agreed 110%. This dude never answers PM even though he constantly bumps his BST threads whenever he lands a new shipment of liquidation/offlease products. He even vouched for MarcusXP who was caught selling Refub HDDs as "NEW". Jock isn't a scammer but dude's gotta improve his attitude and get along with regulars here. If jock can't reply to all his buyers then update the BST with "I'm busy today but I'll phone/email you ASAP." I can't believe this joker harassed direct-x when he could have just phoned his bank.

This is just an example of jock's lackadaisical trading habits here...except this time he was one shelling out money and didn't receive a timely reply. Karma: what goes around comes around - treat your customers with respect because even sellers have to purchase their inventory somewhere.

Yeah you're right I sorry guys. I'm under a lot of pressure right now and venting in the wrong place. I apologize for dragging this on since it is senseless to carry on like this with good traders.

But at the same time when you send $1200 that's a lot of money. I think you can put yourself in my shoes for a bit.

When you send someone $1200 and they don't reply back to you, you don't know what's going on. Even just a quick pm to say I didn't receive the money something's wrong, let's work together to find out what is going on.

When there is no cooperation/ response after a $1200 payment I think its understandable for someone to become uneasy.

In the past I may not reply to people if they send me a lowball offer or want me to meet them somewhere in Missiauga or far out when I live downtown and am already selling cheap. If someone already sent me the money, especially such a large payment I don't leave them hanging like that.

Not replying to lowballers and not replying to someone who has already sent you a payment even to check what is going on are two different things.

In this case with direct-x it seems a bit strange. I sent this guy so many PM about the payment I sent him and no reply. but as soon as I post the negative stuff about him in his threads then BAM! all of a sudden I start getting responses from him.

That is false as well. I replied to you before you left me the negative feedback on the weekend. Remember, when I apologized for the lack of communication.

This weekend, you were enquiring about my N95 for sale. I can't be that much of a scammer if you were coming after another one of my sales.

I am not ready to accept your apology PM. You have damaged my reputation quite a bit with your slander.

I am sure I will lose out on many deals because of all of this.

And you still are trying to justify yourself as you keep modifying your posts to add the extra little jab each time, always trying to prove you were justified in doing what you did.
