this along with many other things has been a repeat circuit breaker deal of the day at TSCC. Guess its crappy and they want to give another shot to get RID of it.

I'm not even sure that I see what the USB is for, other than perhaps to use your PC as an expensive on/off switch!:lol: The AA batteries presumably power the shredder itself. Yet another loser product from TSCC/Nexxtech. You're better off with a cheap pair of scissors!
