Brand Name 40"+ 1080P Tv for 700-900?

As Topic title states. Would Prefer either the Samsung 40A550 or KDL40S410. But Really only have a budget of 800 for the TV, but could probably manage 900.
Or would i be able to find something around boxing day/pre superbowl sales?

I think I saw the Samsung in the London Drugs flyer this week for $750.

Really the A550 for 750? It wasn't the A450 or a A530? Because if that is the A550 that is pretty hot. Also the lowest I have seen the 40A55 at the moment is for 1000 at Futureshop

best price is at audio2001 i think, u get that LN40A530 model + panasonic bluray for 1100 i think

or tv alone at gibbys, is 949, it WAS 899 but gone up

So I have heard rumors of major price drops on TVs after the christmas season. Would I better off waiting for boxingday/january to find the A550 at 7-900 range or would 1000 be pretty much the best deal i would find?
