Sites like rapidshare and megaupload limit your download to 1 at a time...

Are there any programs that auto connect to a database of free available proxy servers for me to quickly click and change proxies with?

This would allow me to download file#1, while it downloads, i'd switch proxies and download file#2, repeat till i queue up a bunch of files...

Rapidshare has a 15min wait after 1 file... this would allow me to bypass it, as my IP (as far as rapidshare) is concerned will change...

Any idea on how to accomplish this?

Thanks

Buy a premium account - way less effort and way faster. This idea is old and a lot of people do it already and it'll be more work than it's worth.

I was only using rapidshare as an example...

Sometimes the files are scattered acros various sources like rapidshare, megaupload, depositdirect, filefactory, etc

So I'm sorry, but no, I'm not going to buy a premium account for each of them.

The issue isn't trying to bypass the 1 download at a time thing, but more so to bypass the "wait XXXX min after downloading a file" I believe depositdirect actually has like a 1hour delay after each file :/

My family's on a router, they go on the same wait times as me, same IP...

I doubt there are any free proxies that will allow you to download large files via HTTP.

I imagine that most of those sites use sessions & cookies to track the users rather than IP. Maybe just try a second browser?
