View Full Version : Vista User Control - how to get rid of it?

Every time you click on "download" buttons or similar things, there's a pause and then the user control window pops up if you wanted to continue.
How the hell do you get rid of this feature?

reformat your computer, then install xp! =P

this is what I did on my Vista.

Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Disable UAC is one of the options in there.

Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Disable UAC is one of the options in there.

ya its annoying dont know what M$ was thinking when they decide to put this on...
hopefully with vista doing so bad windows 7 cannot be any worst
