Someone asking for your name and phone number isn't a threat.
What did you mean by this though
thanks can i get you address and phone number thanks (his name) mine is (phone number)"

It's not a threat. Don't read into everything and create drama where there is not. Man, sometimes people blow everything out of proportion.

If you want to ridicule, head over to the speeding tickets threads and jump all over the ones caught speeding and wanting to finagle their way out of the fine.

Let me assume it is a threat, now lets have someone else message you and ask about the item and agree to paying you the $100. Wouldn't you need to give him/her your adress anyways so he can come and pay you?
I think you got scared because you were trying to be the bigger man and gave him a link to another item as a way of saying "fcuk 0ff", and after you did that you thought he was gonna get pissed off so his reply made you think he wanted to beat the lights outta you?
You shouldn't be selling anything if your gonna get scared, that wasnt even a harsh email, good luck on ebay then.

Is this considered a threat ?
I posted a item for sale on line for a $100, and the emails went like this:
Buyer: "hey there do you still have that"
OP: "Yes still got it"
Buyer: "so have you used it for stuff like pulling out wood or what did you youse it
for"
OP: "I have never used it."
Buyer: "well if you want to part with it i am willing to give $25 as i am not shure if it would work for what i want thanks"

Buyer: "thanks can i get you address and phone number? thanks (Buyer's name) mine is (OP's Phone #)"
Well perhaps, you can interpret it this way to be a threat that the Buyer somehow has the OP's phone number and is f'ing around with him and made him paranoid. :D

LOL.
i feel so bad for OP right now.
if you're worried about anything. i suggest meeting up at a gas station or somewhere public. i do all my transaction from revscene to craigslist at a local gas station so the seller/buyer never knows where i live.
that's the safest way IMO

You should probably call the cops. He'll no doubt be heading over to "bust a cap in yo' ass" and pay you LESS than what you asked for by force.
He will still pay you though...but oh noes, the horror.

Ignore the trolls ridiculing you. Some others have answered your question with a modicum of respect, at least.
