Im looking for a cheap wall mount for my 32" TV. Preferably one that tilts up and down.

Check out www.onlybestrated.com . It's all monoprice mounts but with onlybestrated taking anvantage of the bulk discounts and difference in the US dollar it's cheaper than monoprice currently...
