Still Waiting... sequel to Waiting

I actually thought the original Waiting was pretty funny, one of the best guy movies around. From the looks of it, the sequels got most of the cast from the original and it actually looks raunchier because its straight to DVD.

I really enjoyed the original Waiting... as well. Was a good laugh.

However this sequel looks like your typical "straight to DVD" sequel ie. pretty bad.

Not sure why you would say it has "most of the cast from the originals" either. No Ryan Reynolds, no Anna Faris (this is a big one IMO, she can be pretty funny), no Dane Cook, no John Francis Daley, no David Koechner etc.. Justin Long is credited on imdb.com in this new one, but I didn't see him at all in the trailer so its probably just a cheesy cameo I'm thinking. The only ones I recognized is the gross "mexican" cook, (ok he was pretty funny) the "underage" door greeter chick, and the nerdy waiter who can't pee.

Maybe worth a download? Not sure.

of course by most of the cast, you mean the terrible supporting cast. None of the main people are back.

Yeah they got rid of some people and brought in some new members, but its a new movie and got some hot chicks in there too. I'm gonna at lease give it a chance.

They updated the channel with some new vids, and this one about "crop dusting". I wonder if these are actual terms used at restaurants but its pretty creative.

Yeah...without the main cast it just isn't the same, not to mention the story line seems kind of lame. The only thing it has going for it is hot chicks...I can see why it is going straight to DVD. I doubt if it is even Blu-ray worthy.

People said it was a prank but I don't know in light of the Christian Bale outburst. Actors are so temperamental and they say Latin men are hot headed as well as their women so I could completely see this being real.

This whole movie was jokes so I tend to think it's a fake.

i seen this the other week and despite missing half the cast, the ones that stayed still did a good job. i thought this movie would be total ass throughout but it's not that bad... i was laughing a few times. worth a watch at least.

sequels rarely measure up to the original...especially when missing half the original cast. MAJOR roles I might add. Ryan was basically the face of the waiting for me.

I'm still gonna catch this when I get the chance though.
