Anyone interested in joining up for 3v3 intramural volleyball? I need 1 more person for my team (already have a female). It's on Tuesday nights for 1 hour, games run anywhere between 7 and 9:30 pm, $80 per team. I would prefer someone of at least intermediate skill (can pass, serve, set decently).

For those who've been asking:
-net is set to women's varsity (2.24 m)
-Skill wise, I would say it's between intermediate and competitive (better teams this term)
-males have to spike from behind 1m attack line

Also, you have to be a current Ryerson or Continuing Education student and a RAC (Ryerson Athletic Centre) member.

I pm'd you. was actually looking for pickup bball to fill my tuesday nights but this could be fun. i've played in a ton of outtahand reverse tournaments in the past (and won them :)), so hopefully it's more competitive then intermediate.

lmk... how long is the season? -sg

Do you play @ Esplanade on Weds?

edit: i actually dropped into the espanade gym a few years back, kinda walked in then straight out... skill level was too low (no offence to people who play there), may have changed though as I visited like 4yrs ago.

LoL, kinda a thread hijack (take it as a bump ;))

I honestly don't remember. Over the years I've played pickup indoor and outdoor all over the place. Now i just play 1-3 tournaments a month as I have pickup bball taking up quite a few days (and GF mandatory date nights :)).

A few years back there were really good pickup games at a school near Fairview mall, forget the name. If you're looking for a good league and you have a good team, then Scarborough mens is very good. I used to play for Aerial Assault (i think they are #1 now) a few years back but then I moved out west.

Outtahand reverse is now very very good... I mean EXTREMELY good players, collegiate level and sometimes even pros have come to play. Haha, good thing we won them when it was more "A" level and not "AAA" like now :) -sg

Not to hijack the thread, but could you guys tell me when the RAC is least busy during the week? I'd like to sometime between 10-12 on weekdays but I hate it when its busy in the weights/condition rooms :D

Thanks :)
