We have fixed the problem with this promo code: custsrv03 - since the freeship72 takes $6.96 out of the product when you have less than $6.96 worth of product it will not give you credit....but with this code your total will be around $3.80 and this will work if you are wanting to add anything else to your cart (basically it is a coupon for 63% off) Sorry about the issue and please let me know if you have any further questions.
2nd coupon code doesn't seem to work that well either, end up paying more when there is free ship

I am once again sorry for your troubles....We would like to send your order FREE of charge and FREE shipping at this time. We only need your address to complete the order and that will be shipped out in the next couple of days. Once again we are very sorry and hope this helps..
I guess complaining helps!

their math is probably not taking negative cost into account and so it simply resulted in the shipping price.

naa, it's probably to set to a minimum of $6.95 which is their shipping cost.

It looks like your ordering something..unless Im wrong, but you don't actually pick the sample you want they send you random samples. My friend has been getting it for a few months now. No shipping charges etc.

no i am just ordering stuff from there, not having samples
and since ur friend is getting samples, you might want to share how's the portion of the tea...and do you need to purchase in order to get free tea,
is too good to be true for unless tea samples esp for RFD members =0
the Flavored Green Tea Sampler (In this sampler we will include 1oz. of Niagra Peach Sencha Green tea, Strawberry Green tea, and Pomegranate Hibiscus Green Tea) seems to be more expensive then buying 2 oz. of each, and when they are added up, the 3 should only cost $5.05, where as the sampler cost $6...

My guess is also a minimum shipping charge. I'm sure it is there somewhere on the website.

The discount coupon works (discount is $6.96) but it asks for your credit card information.
That's too bad!

I forgot when I signed up but I received an email today. Hope it comes.
Hello Fellow Tea Junkies!
First off I am sure everyone is wondering, "Where is my FREE TEA SAMPLE?" Well, that's a good question! Due to the amount of members we have in this huge club, the U.S. Mail was pushing back just a bit about sending that much dry herbs (tea) in the mail. Fortunately they have been very helpful in trying to figure out a solution that will work. Our first batch of samples will go out in about 14 days and after that we will be back on track to send them out every month!
I also wanted to let everyone know about the Sampler Idea Contest. It seems that everyone is loving all the new samplers that we recently put out, like our "Tropical Flavored Sampler" and "Flavored Green Tea Sampler," so we want to know what sampler package you would like to see in the future. If we use your idea we will send you that sampler FREE OF CHARGE! Simply email your idea to Sampler Contest. We will be looking through those daily, so get as creative as you like. The sky is the limit! Keep in mind that if we use your idea we will send you your sampler idea FREE OF CHARGE!
Monthly Promo
Every order gets a free sample of the current FREE TEA CLUB tea of the month: Buckingham Palace Garden Tea Party. Use promo code easteregg and get free shipping!
