LF: Messenger Bag/Computer Bag

Hi Everyone-
I'm looking for a gift for someone and am hoping for some advice/direction.

They have a 16" Laptop Computer, and want a messenger bag/computer bag that's stylish and functional - yet not priced too much. In other words, they don't want any designer (LV, Gucci, etc...). The computer is only 15" wide, so should fit even most 15.4" laptop bags.

Can anyone point me in the direction of any websites or stores that may carry a selection of bags that fit this criteria?

I personally bought the Tumi T-Tech line. It's protective, very subtle for their branding and very comfortable on the shoulders!
