Anyone know a good deal for dumbell sets for p90x? The Bowflex Selecttechs are far too expensive for my budget right now. They don't have to be adjustable.

fitness source , if you buy mutiple set they may give u a deal per lb, i got one when i bought 2 sets

Be careful buying from fitness source because I heard they are going under. Their website is down and none of the stores are answering.

I went to the Fitness Source today to pick up a custom order and they are closed. I called head office and was told they shut down all 9 stores. I have no idea what is going on and would like to call my Visa to dispute the deposit that i was charged. Be careful!!!

Wow, sorry to hear that. I found out this morning from a friend of mine who is in the fitness industry. I don't think you will have a problem disputing the charge and screw them. When did you place this custom order? If it was recently that is real shady of them to still take your money cause I'm sure they knew this was coming unless they are playing a real mean April Fool's joke.

i have some info if you recently purchased some goods from fitness source but didnt get them before they closed down.
i'm not going to lie. i worked there for 5 years and on Mar 31st we were all locked out and unmployed without any notice whatssoever. its not like some employees knew we were going to close and some didnt...we all didnt know. there was a disagreement between the people who owned the ontario franchises and the parent compnay (forzani).
i have been told that the stores will reopen soon with new franchise owners and they will all be given a new facelift.
if they owe you product contact forzani or even better contact a company called refitness in mississauga. i believe the former fitness source owners are still operating this shop/wareshouse and they have your money and your product.
please dont blame the staff of the fitness source as like i said before we were all blindsided by this and now we are all scrambling to find jobs in these tough economic times.
