it's PROTEIN BLEND(WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE and WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE) we don't know how much the blend it is, for all we know isolate is only 5%. They do this to cut their bottom cost. If you read the site, it reads all junk advertising.
I would try to find to find protein powder that is 100 %complete protein isolate. The best deal I think is when Costco has a sale on their 4.4lb tub for 34$. Stock up when it's on sale.

This was $19.99 at SDM about 3 weeks ago.
There were some mixed reviews on the product:

I was at Walmart Dufferin Mall yesterday and it was regular price of $25.
$5 seems like a really good deal.

Not bad for use any other time than post-workout.
Definitely a cheap blend of isolates and concentrates, and looking at the ingredients there are more concentrates than isolates(as based on their order in the ingredients list).
Its also got creatine monohydrate in it, so if youre looking for just a straight protein avoid this as im not sure of the quality of the creatine, and you'll also bloat.
And at that price, i imagine theyre expired or soon to be expiring, which isnt really a problem as long as its sealed it wont go bad, but the quality of the protein will decrease rapidly after its been opened.
