can someone write GMAT before getting his/her university degree, for example can we write GMAT after a 3rd year of a 4 year program?

Sure you can, but what's the point? It's widely accepted that you need at least 2 years full-time work experience for the MBA to be worthwhile... nevermind to get into a decent program.

ryerson has no work requirement i think

GMAT scores expire in 5 years, so taking it while you're doing your undergrad may still make some sense. It's easier to take the test while you're used to the studying grind of a student.

Rotman University of Toronto too if comming from engineering undergrad.
i know this girl from Industrial Engineering @ Ryerson and right after graduation she enter Rotman.
