I would like to know your success / thoughts / failures in getting foreign academic records transcription services. Transcription services here are costly. But, worst still, how do you manage to send your original certificates from Canada to a foreign country (sometimes a third world country) and get them to post back attested transcripts back to some organization here ?
I believe the Ontario government has funding for such services. Trustforte Corporation New York provides such services in the US for applying for US visas, universities etc. they have been pretty good, but the Ontario government does not seem to have such an agreement with them at Canada.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
