Where can I buy a waterproof beach case, just big enough to hold keys and money, that I can wear around my neck? Thanks in advance.

I suggest you go down to MEC and take a look at what they have available (http://www.mec.ca/Products/product_listing.jsp?FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=25343743 02700521&bmUID=1246728972661).
As an example, the case that the previous poster mentioned is available at MEC for $18, but go to the store and check out which one will suit you best.
