Does anyone know what the difference in performance between the two are?

I'll assume you're talking about getting a Dell with either of these gfx cards. From experience I can say the ATI 4830 is fine if you want to run one monitor, but running two requires an HDMI cable (or HDMI->DVI adapter).

The GT 220 is an upgraded GeForce 9400, with a smaller die and increased speed, so it should be better than the 4350, but not by much. I couldn't find any benchmarks, but the suggested prices is only $35US so don't expect it to be any good for gaming and such.

Both cards should be fine in an office environment, but don't expect them to preform well is any other capacity.

I am not most up-to-date on Nvidia cards but the ATI4350 is pretty good for HTPC chores and playback anything you throw at it if paired with a dual core cpu. It's a complete waste putting one of these in an office computer. It also does 7.1 LPCM over HDMI.

Difference in performance isn't much but I'd go with the 4350. The GT 220 is yet another rebrand from NVIDIA who likes to recycle old crap with shrinked processes. But it's their first go at 40 nm so I'd stay away from it for now. 4350 should be good enough
