k i dont know what you are trying to do or how this is physically done. but maybe you can explain physically how your are connected and how its configured.

is it like this?

modem -- > wrt54gl w/tomato -- > wireless router -- > computers and xbox??

Cause the 360 does not have any internet connectivity...it's hooked up wrt54g tomato router so someway the tomato router can catch the dlinks signal and get internet to my 360

OOHHHH you want to setup a bridge or repeater.
you should install dd-wrt.

Tomato does have a wireless bridge mode. I have it installed on my Asus WL-520GU(hooked up to my XBOX 360 via ethernet) and it works fine.

It should be under: Basic/Network/Wireless. Select "Wireless Ethernet Bridge" from the 'Wireless Mode' pull down.
