Hey I had got the manual and what not but what's boggling my mind is all set it for say 5 degrees celsisu and the room temp is still 30.2 celsius... anyone ... ?? please im dying

my guess would be that the thermostat was not wired properly.. or there is something wrong with your AC... If you are handy, then you should probably check the wiring and compare with the manual..
