Hey guys. I recently ordered something from Future Shop and as usual, they gave me a Canada Post tracking number. I tracked it for a couple days, ANXIOUSLY awaiting it.. And today was the date is was to be delivered.. At 11:19 AM it said it was out for delivery. After waiting, and waiting, and canceling plans to go somewhere because i called and they said it would 100% come today.. I get this :

PICKERING Item arrived at postal facility. Item on hold at recipient's request.
PICKERING Item out for delivery
SCARBOROUGH Item processed at postal facility
MISSISSAUGA Item transferred for processing
MISSISSAUGA Order received at postal facility
MISSISSAUGA Item processed at postal facility
MISSISSAUGA An order has been electronically submitted
MISSISSAUGA Item picked up

. So i call up every near post office. They say that its not there, and they have no record of it. Guys, please help. What should i do!?

At 8:30 tomorrow, call the TOLL FREE NUMBER, not the local numbers and ask where it is.
Also, check ALL Doors and see if a delivery confirmation was sent, and check w/ the neighbours.

I was waiting for a certified letter last month, and they for some reason, delivered it to 105 instead of 104 Side Door... so the person there refused it (instead of sending across the road) and I had to go to the postal office ...

Alright, will do.
I dont suppose it could be a problem like that, because i live in a detached house with one door, and plus, i was outside all day.
Its really weird that they would do that, they're delivery standard date was the 24'th.

check your canada post mail box, I believe once I ordered my dad a prepaid phone from future-shop, and it arrived in the larger mailbox, they might have sent a pick-up notice in your mailbox.

Well clearly it says it's on hold, so go to the post office and pick it up

Adress could be incomplete which happens very often and the person is waiting to verify the adress.
Or sender requested Hold for pick-up.
