Is this legit? Free Mulch and delivery in Ottawa

I just found this on Kijiji and I was wondering if anyone in Ottawa has used this before.

Maybe the catch is that you have to take a truck load? I only need one cubic yard or so.

Probably is legit - this could be an arborist who is looking to dump his chipper-mulch from his chipper. It won't be as aesthetically pleasing as commercial mulches or CPM but it'll do the job.
