Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good dermatologist in Toronto? Do I need a referral to see a dermatologist?

I am experiencing redness in the face, slightly bumpy and itchy. It's spreading to the neck area too now. Not sure what it is and would like to get it checked out by a specialist quickly.
