According to TicketCombat (http://www.ticketcombat.com/offences/fatal.php), one fatal flaw is "no location".

What exactly counts as no location? On my ticket it lists direction and street, but no cross street to form a nearby intersection.

Also, a question on timing of sending out the Disclosure and Speedy Trial letters. Should it be when I go to the courthouse to do Option #3 or when I actually get a trial date set?

And for "the filing date is beyond seven days", how would one know when it is filed?

I believe the filing date is on the Notice of Trial.

I would like to know about the filing date as well. I'm looking at a notice of trial and do not see it.

You send the request for disclosure once you get the trial date.

am curious on why you think an intersection is necessary to prove location. A street is good enough.....
