AVG Free "Exploit Rogue Scanner" popup

I was surfing with Firefox when the following AVG Free pop-up appeared.

Then I installed "Malwarebytes" and did a scan and it detected no infections. After that I also installed "Spybot Search & Destroy" and ran a scan. It only found 7 Internet Explorer tracking cookies.

So is my system infected? Or is the AVG popup just saying it has blocked the filename (which looks like a url)?

Could be one of those banners that check your windows version and what browser you're using. Except this one probes for virus scanners? I've never heard of it but I don't browse many "new" websites.

It probably just detected something in your cache. It could have been from a rotating ad banner or an infected site.

Unless you're running on an old Firefox version with old plugins like Flash or Adobe PDF, you're probably not likely to run into any drive-by-downloads.

You're probably fine.
