even though it's last years game it's 1000000x better than 2k10 is so if you don't like EA's games for whatever reason this is a much better purchase than this years(though your best bet for 2k would be to buy 2k5 for like $3 at walmart if you can find it there still)

Unless you absolutely want to have it new, I think both 2K9 and NHL 2009 are readily available at EB Games for $9.99 (minus 10% if you have the Edge card)

Why someone would want NHL 2k9 when you can have NHL 09? I have played both, and NHL 2k9 is a sad experience in my opinion.
