You're selling a 1 yr old MacBook 13" with Base Specs, that has already been updated once by Apple in that time + Apple Care (3yr) at almost new price for the one that has replaced it??

This model should go for $900 - $1100CAN as its used. Not trying to haggle and the Apple Care REALLY does help but NOT for adding the same price on the retail price it had from last year.

This MacBook will soon be updated in around 40days and possibly have a faster system bus & most likely superior cpu & chipset (Core i5 is rumored & most likely).

I just hope you leave room for a reasonable negotiation - $800 is too low obviously but $900+ would seem more fair to someone looking to purchase a 1yr used MacBook.

Still a great machine just the firm pricing aspect at present stated price of $1225.00 does not compare with exact spec'd or similar warranty pricing from familiar locations like: Macrumors.com, ehmac.ca, craigslist.org, or kijiji.ca.
