Newborn - Baby - Family Photographer

I though I would start a new topic here for people to post their references and experiences with baby photographers. I've seen a lot of threads here about specific companies - it would be nice to consolidate them into one.

I know a lot of new moms want to get pictures of their baby and don't know where to get a referral. This would be a good place to begin their research.

We don't use professional photographer, we take as much pictures as we can a few times a week. Then we pick the best ones to be printed at Costco. As for the rest, I put them on a DVD Yearbook. That is one of the best things about the digital photographing. You will be surprised how good a photographer you can be :D

the hubby uses the "multiple shot" function on our canon and it works wonders! at least 1 of the pictures will catch my daughter smiling/laughing; if not, we try again.
