Can I save a lot by buying online instead of in-store? What are some of the most popular/trusted sites that won't carry fakes?

I'm not looking to buy an expensive watch... just something that looks good and can take some punishment.

List some brands.

Punishment - Casios G-shocks (but not sure if you consider those to look good)

Swiss Army - go to the Swiss Army sale each year in Toronto (Hwy 7 & Leslie)

Or were you thinking of Timex?

In all cases, unless you are buying watches that cost >$2000, online prices compared to in person prices isn't worth the hassle imo. Warranty issues is a pain in the butt.

I'm thinking something along the lines of Casio Edifice... but my current Edifice broke after three years of daily wear.

Looking for something in the range of $100-200.

TheWatchery.com - paid only for the watch and shipment (25$ by UPS Expedited); no custom/brokerage or any other fees upon delivery. The watch was delivered on the fourth day after the order was placed.

Agreed... I've bought 3-4 watches from there without problem.
