I got my Compustar installed at Power Zone Sound and Security in my 2000 Passat last winter and works great. The owner's name is Rasu and number is 647-831-2009 and location is around Kennedy and Ellesmere. I was charged $180 installed but would have been more if my car if it was a 2001 and up because they require a chip or immobilizer.
I'm sure others will chime in for Audio Heaven in Richmond Hill too. I had my started installed by them in my previous car which was a Jetta. I think I was charged $220.

Is there one in Mississauga/Brampton/Oakville/Etobicoke. I would love to get one installed for that amount.

AudioHeaven is popular but I wouldn't go there. My friends and I have had 4 seperate installs on different cars over the years but all found the job to be just "ok". My one friend had to have his car re-done at another shop because they didn't finish the wiring clean. They do have a life-time warranty on installs but whats the point if you have to keep going back. PM me if you want another alternative.

Remember that cheapest is not always best.
If you go to a cheaper place you, as the average car owner, will never see the corners they cut and the poor wiring they do because it's all hidden underneath the dash.
Not saying that there aren't places that charge more that will also do the same or that there aren't places that charge reasonable amounts that will do a great job, but going as cheap as possible you're just about guaranteed they are going to do things like cut corners, rush to finish (time is money afterall), use substandard wiring techniques and/or insall parts, etc.

audioheaven
i had my car starter/alarm installed there
they're install is really clean, no wires hanging around and they hide it inside tube casing...
regardless, it's the warranty that im happy about; 2 years later, had some problems with my compustar with the autostart, bought it in, fixed it no question asked
great service!
however, it generally cost more than others.

I actually had mine installed at Futureshop. That being said I KNOW the people there quite well, so I trust them - and they like to give me deals lol.
I got the Viper 5901 (Starter/Security) for $300 installed. The next lowest quote I got was $499 + taxes + additional add-ons (door lock, trunk release, etc). Also my mates at Future Shop said that when I get my proximity alarm (ebay bought, hoping it's here today) they'll install it for free.

Before you really cheap out, remember what Bill Gardiner has to say on the matter:
(after Brad Diamond's rant with the Elantra and its red turn signals)
