Where to buy HDMI cables in Canada?

I need a few HDMI cables and of course, do not want to pay the high prices at electronics stores. I would order from monoprice.com but I want to have them here within a week and I'm pretty sure that shipping costs would be quite high for that.

Is there any Canadian retailers / websites that have cables for prices similar to monoprice's?

RCSS often has the 6' SONY PS3 HDMI cables on sale for under $10

shopRBC (computer store) also sells them at a similar price. IIRC, I paid around $12 for my 10' cables.

A smart deal is ordering from Monoprice & online during promos. Otherwise, regional taxes and traveling will add up if you purchase at local shops - expect most cables purchased locally to be around $10.

This is why many RFDers stock up at Monoprice/eForcity & others.

Last week the Burlington store was out of stock,
but on their website they show 2 HDMI cables,
one for 4.99 and one for I thnk it was 8.99.
I bought one there last year for $10 and its seems
to work great.

Found one also at Zehrs electronics shop in Cambridge
for about $10 last year but they don't have any right now
(they are part of Loblaw's and I don't know how many electronics
stores they have attached to various stores elsewhere)

I would agree to use monoprice.com even if it isn't on sale. you can get a decent 6-foot cable for $4 US when not on special, and at least you can get black instead of whatever the colour flavour of the month is.

at the same time, you can pick up banana plugs and gang plates too =)

Since it was bumped already, I just grabbed some from av shop. I needed some speakers too so it shipped for free... I ordered at 4pm and it showed up at 12 the next day, I always use them for my AV supplies (I DJ) - only wish they had local pickup :evil:

Dollarama stores still have the 3' HDMI cables for $2 each. No need to wait for Canada Post.

The one I bought the other day seems good quality and works well. Just note that it's a bit short.

That works if you don't mind waiting easily a month for your product. Even when ordering from the states you can wait over a week sometimes (Monoprice no exception).
