so yea like i bought a centon 8gb flash drive from tigerdirect 7 months ago and like its not working now, the idiot salesperson who sold it to me said i could return it to tigerdirect anytime if there was any problem.
i went there friday and they said that i would have to go to centon directly. turns out the idiot salesperson lied to me and now i'm stuck sending this $60 defective piece of crap somewhere in the states. manager was useless so im on my own.
i went to the centon site and checked the customer support page but the link is broken, tried to call them and it says all technicians are busy. i waited for 2 hours then gave up.
is there any way I can contact centon to get this $60 POS fixed???
