they came in pairs.but US address inc says each tire is a package.ie not in pairs for their purpose.Still cheaper than buying in Canada.
Stay 48 hours and can import tax-free ($400 Cad limit)

I beleive you can have the tires shipped to the UPS depot in Niagara Falls. and it is free. only thing is they are only open during week days. Check UPS site and give the depot a call. I think it's the main distribution depot not a location where customers usually go. It was discussed on another Tirerack thread. i was going to use this possibly.

My tires were paired, but the charge was still $20 per set of 4.
I didn't question the charges, since I assume a pair of tires could of weighed more than their 50lb limit per package and the $5 rate may not of applied.
It is a flat $20 for 4 tires. No taxes. No hidden handling fee. No New York rubber tax, if there is one.
Take an Andrew Jackson from your pocket and walk out with your tires.

Charged US$5 CASH per tire by UPS store @Syracuse, even tirerack used UPS ground for shipping.

Any charge if you do not do the installations there?
Why would the installer provide such a service for no financial gain?

Just want to give my review of USAddressinc, I went there today, I ordered four tires from Tire Rack and they were shipped there without a problem. I had called usaddressinc before I purchased the tires and after they had been received and both times I was told that it would be $10 as long as it was under 100lbs, the tires were 23lbs each and 4 tires were shipped. I got there today and I was told it was $20, once I questionned it I was grilled by the lady who said it's too bad it's 20 dollars and do I want the tires or not. I really had no choice as I couldn't just leave the tires and go home and then bare the expense of going all the way back. When I asked for a manager or somebody with some authority I got nothing but an attitude and rude service.
I will never use USaddressinc again and will be using cbiusa from now on, this was the first and last time using such a horrible company. Beware they don't stand by their word. Also when I called to confirm the tires were there, she barked at me that I hadn't registered online as a non-renter, when I confirmed that I had, I was accused of not being truthful. I even told her I received an email from them most likely as a confirmation and I could email it back to her to which she replied that I would have to print it out and bring it in.
To summarize; VERY BAD SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEES and it seems very disorganized in their with boxes everywhere.

Never had an issue here, been using them a few times a year for 4+ years now. Good thing bike tires come strapped together so it's only 1 package I guess.
Next time take note of the persons name when you call, that way you can back your claims up.
As for packages everywhere, it's a shipping drop point in a very small building lol. With the Dollar the way it is they will only get busier is my guess.
BTW did you get dinged for anything at the border?

i was there at 9:30am with my friend there, maybe we bump into u?
but anywayz, their price always has been $5 per percel.. as it says on the website
however, they did screw up my order , at first they couldnt find my order, cuz they organize my name wrong or something like that?. then when they finally found it, they charge me extra 5 dollar, and i questions them whast the 5 dollar for, and they told me, becuase i didnt register with them before.. which is false i used them before, and after some discussion they finally waived off the $5 dollar fee

woobie: I did pay taxes at the border but they were very nice, paid $40 in taxes and it was really quick, they didn't have to search the car or anything..
twboy1999: couldn't have been me I got there at approximately 1:20pm; they accused me of not registering as well but I had the print out as proof, they sent me an email to confirm my registration.. I was completely unsatisfied and shocked at the rudeness of the employees.
